If your scheduled payment date lands on a weekend or a recognized bank holiday, the transaction will typically be processed and debited from your financial institution on the next consecutive business day.

The E-PAY Billing Summary is a simple listing of the minimum amounts due on each of your active policies alongside their corresponding due dates.

The digital summary does not display individual transactions processed on your policies during the billing period or historical payments posted to your account. To review policy-level detail, please refer to the comprehensive paper billing statement you received in the mail. The minimum amounts shown online correspond exactly to the minimums due on your paper statements.

The online billing summary is updated once per month, following the exact same schedule as your mailed paper statements.

Yes, you can view your previous paid summaries by navigating to “Search and Pay my Bills.” These summaries are typically available online for a rolling period of six to twelve months. You can also use your browser's print function to maintain long-term physical or digital records.
